Update from Pearl, Holly's Mom

There is still no evidence at all as to what has happened to our daughter, Holly. It has been 26 days now since she disappeared. The police have been amazing in every way and are continuing their many-pronged search for her. They follow every lead and have done hundreds of land searches with dogs, viewing of video cams in places of business, interviews and apartment searches in the area where she lived. There are 3 detectives still actively on the case full time. The international tracker has come twice.Thanks to all of you we have had the money to pay for his services. This has been a trying and perplexing time for Jay and I. Sometimes we still shake our heads and say, "Is this really happening?" Other times it is overwhelmingly real- like Sunday when it was/would have been her 35th birthday. We know you are all faithfully praying and we can't tell you how much we have felt those prayers when we know we couldn't have moved forward with the things that have been in front of us to do. Thank you forever. We have never felt so much heartfelt loving care in all of our lives. Many, many people are being affected in ways that are staggering to ponder. Holly's life has always been that way... One thing I believe we are being shown is that our faith must be in the Sovereign God of heaven and earth, and not in our circumstances.
